Q: How can I contact customer service?
A: "For any questions or suggestions, please email luxjuve@outlook.com. As I am an individual creator, I may not be able to respond to all emails immediately. Thank you for your understanding."

Q: What sizes are available for the artworks?
A: "All available sizes are marked on the detail page of each artwork."

Q: Are all artworks limited edition?
A: "Almost all of our artworks are limited edition, with the remaining number of each photo marked on the photo's detail page."

Q: Do you accept custom sizes or frame styles?
A: "We do accept a degree of customization. Please email us at luxjuve@outlook.com to discuss."

Q: What material are the frames made of?
A: "Each piece of artwork is paired with a different frame, carefully selected and crafted for aesthetics."

Q: Can I upload my own photo for printing and framing?
A: "No, we accept certain customizations, but we do not accept personal photos for upload."

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: "We handle shipping across Canada. If you are outside Canada and wish to purchase my work, please contact me at luxjuve@outlook.com."

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: "To avoid unnecessary complications, we charge a nominal fee of CAD10$ for shipping per order."

Q: When can I expect my order to be shipped?
A: "Each piece is crafted with care, so the entire process from order to delivery to your home is estimated to take between 2 to 4 weeks, although we cannot guarantee shipping times, so actual conditions will prevail."

Q: What if the frame is damaged during shipping?
A: "Please take a photo and contact the shipping company. If you need our assistance, feel free to contact us."

Q: If I am not satisfied or don't like the artwork I received, how can I return or exchange it?
A: "I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If you really have a question, please contact me at luxjuve@outlook.com for a return or exchange, but you will need to pay for the round-trip shipping costs (including the actual shipping cost I incurred)."

Q: Are there additional taxes on all artworks?
A: No, all prices include taxes.

Q: Do you have a physical store or showroom?
A: "Not at the moment, but if there are any new developments in the near future, I will notify on the official website."

Q: Does the frame come with hooks?
A: "Yes, but different artworks will be equipped with different hooks according to the frame."
